A champagne with fruity and floral notes, thanks to the blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Can be enjoyed at any time, but especially with a red fruit or citrus dessert.

A fresh, subtle and round champagne  on the palate. A powerful and marked structure, for a champagne that can be drunk at any time of the day, or for your most beautiful occasions. A fine champagne.

100% Pinot Noir


A champagne with sweet notes, thanks to the complete blend of Pinot Noir. Ideal to accompany and sublimate your desserts and dishes  sucrés.

Dawn Valley

60% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Blanc 


A complex, rich champagne, with beautiful notes of white and exotic fruits. The blend of Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay brings roundness and a fruity aromatic finesse. Recommended as an aperitif, with a starter or a tangy dessert.

Gourmet, our jams are made by a Master-Artisan jam maker, with selected fruits, in the pure French tradition "à la Royale", an ancestral cooking technique using only copper cauldrons, allowing to preserve the taste of the fruit and the Champagne to perfection. For breakfasts, or sparkling desserts!
